Summer Camp for Women in the French Countryside

My mom and I went to a 5-day, summer camp for women at a chateau in the French countryside. It’s called Camp Chateau and it’s an all-inclusive retreat in the South of France where women can relax and connect. We spent our time there doing fun activities like yoga, kayaking, and horse riding, sipping champaign, and lounging by the pool. It was an amazing experience and something I’d recommend to everyone!

Can you talk a little bit about the menus? Food is quite important to me… I saw you say that you had tomato salad once for dinner, was that it? I need a little more sustenance. And do they accommodate specific dietary restrictions. For instance, I eat fish and chicken, but not red meat…
Can you give a general idea of what’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner.
I know lunch is a picnic so is that bread and cheese and wine and that’s it?
