FEMA urges Illinois residents to apply for assistance after severe July flooding

The Illinois counties that FEMA crews are canvassing in connection to July storm damage are St. Clair, Washington, Fulton, Henry, Winnebago, Cook, and Will. One woman said she's finally getting relief after dealing with health problems from her home's water damage.
