I am really sick. I have a lot of charms too. After 3 months in ICU and many dr appts. I started to make cards from my scraps with inspirational and Christian Bible verses, and attached charms to them thanking my medical team for taking such great care of me. It has been 2 years, still fighting stage 4 cancer, and still making, clipping charms, and spreading positive thoughts to my community. I used to do videos, and journals, but now thought provoking cards, most of us use as pockets and thingys in journals.

A playful thought for your charms: Every Christmas I pass out tiny holiday charms to my friends who wear glasses. We wear them on the “temple” (the long part of the glasses that goes over your ear). We attach them in a similar way to yours. I call it “Deck the Specs.” I suppose you could do it for any holiday… Valentines, Easter, etc. No big deal, just a bit of merriment.

Another idea for the charms is to add them to the hole in a handmade bookmark! That would make a lovely addition to a card/gift. 🙂

I have several pairs of sissors in my work box each for paper, lace, plastics and glue trimming. I would use charms that indicate what they are used for.

The charms are great on beaded pens…which are easy to make.

I used to do albums so charms would go on them. I have several left (I'm hoping less than you!) and now I glue them to cards, either with Glossy Accents or with foam squares. I don't like the charms on my scissors but I do have tags to say what they are for (ribbons, tape, etc.). Thanks for showing.

Charms are great if you sew bags. Also add them to gift tags, which is fun!

Add the charms to zips on your handbags, it works well for me as some of my bags have lots of pockets so different charms for different pockets .
