Fleur, it DOES get better. I remember when we lost our dog I thought I would never get over it. You never completely get over it, but you learn to accept it. Dogs give us so much joy, but they are just are not meant to be with us for as long as we wish they could be. Pray for strength, we are all here for you and Mike during this difficult time.
