Oh...my childhood. This sweet sound that always put me to sleep and calms me down. Hearing it as a teenager, makes me feel sad and happy. All these anxiety that I have now makes me suffer. I wouldn't have thought I would experience this as a child. If only I can go back, even just for a bit. To the calm sound of this music box and my mother's hands patting me to sleep. To being just a child free of any responsibilities and sadness.

I don´t know why, as a child an ice cream truck passed by with this music and out of nowhere it made me cry ... and my mother always hugged me and pampered me ... I was stunned when I heard this after 27 years ... I teleported to those moments and I started crying ... luckily my mother is 58 years old and is still alive, I love her with all my being, that the day she leaves, maybe I too ... I will not bear her loss ... and if I listen again this, worse ... I don't have a great job but I try to give him the things he gave me in my childhood, I try to please her for everything she did for me

I still have the mechanism from a small music box, given to me by my now long-deceased grandmother, that plays this melody. Because it was a gift from her, I've hung on to it even though the music box itself - a ceramic horse, I believe - was dropped and shattered by my uncle over two decades ago. It's the sound of childhood to me, and always leaves me misty-eyed.
