I started with the vinegar and baking soda, but it was slow going in my bathroom sink. Then I read about boiling water and Dawn! That did the trick! I used about 6-7 pots of boiling water from my tea pot with just a squirt of Dawn! Woke up to a sink drain totally cleared! Yay!!! Thank you!

I don't advise using boiling water too often because it will destroy your seals.

I like how she conveniently didn't mention that if there is a clog and standing water, your drain's u-trap will likely be full of water, and so you should have a container to catch it all as well as I recommend taping off the faucet so you'll not be stupid and turn the sink on before you replace the u-trap. Anyway, good luck out there

Wtf? The title says standing water and the first tip is to pour boiling water in the drain but you need to first remove any water in the sink 😂 okay what great help this is
