Race to the Raft | Solo Playthrough and tutorial

Join me for a solo playthrough and tutorial of Race to the Raft! This is a puzzle game of creating colored pathways for cats to follow to find a raft, in an effort to escape an island on fire. These are the kitties left behind in your Isle of Cats game. It is time they were saved.

Through the process of editing this play, I’ve caught a tremendous amount of poor decisions and planning on my part. Tell me if you can see them! Errors though lead to learning, and I’m now armed with greater insight going into my next plays of this game: each scenario being different with an ever growing complexity.

This is not a sponsored video. The game was from our own purchases.

My best friend is not a "game person"... however, after telling her about this game (and your video about it) she said she might try playing it (after all, rescuing cats!!! :) So, now I have my own copy (just got it at our local game store an hour ago). Thank you for your joy and excitement you put into all your videos!

Just learning this game and i hope this video helps I've been confused with it.
I bought it really for the solo gameplay.
Thanks for doing this and I will let you know how i made out after finishing the video. I'm snowed in today.

I thought "oh no... cats!" ... but since it was your video, I decided to watch and see what it was about. You did excellent with your video ... I might even get a copy because our tiny game group likes polynomial games. However ... it seemed illogical (and frustrating) that a square tile that was supposed to be 30% of a color would end up having 0% of that color. Any thoughts on this?
