Need help, I accidentally disabled our WLAN and hindi ko na maaccess, I tried to reset it then yun bumalik na po pero walang connection. We asked the customer service of converge and nabago ko daw po yung configuration setting and need ayusin ng technician. Is it possible to fix it without technician?

thank you so much po. na disabled ko yung broadcast ng wifi namin. then wala ng light yung wlan sa modem. I followed your instructions po. ilang bes ko ata tinry press yung wlan. at last nung nakita kong nag blink na sya ayown nakita ko na ulit yung wifi name namin ang naka connect na. again thank you & God bless you po!

May vid poba kayo pano po iconnect yung lan cable sa laptop para mahanap and ma enable po yung wifi, after kopo kasi paltan ng password and name tinry kopo sya ihide tas after ponon di konapo mahanap yung wifi namin kahit tama naman po yung name and password na nilalagay ko

Hi po pano po yun accidentally na enabled ng kapatid ko yung mac filter then naka whitelist kaso maling mac address po nailagay then hinard reset po nila, pagka open po nag red light blinking then nag iba napo name ng wifi namin tapos tinype nya yung password namin dati ayaw maconnect. I accidentally change the "DATA RATE" to "MSC15" and now hindi napo kami maka connect lahat sa wifi namin kaya hindi ko ks change sa "AUTO", paano po ito? hindi rin po visible yung wifi hindi makita sa settings. PLSSSS HELPP😭
