Clickbait title, should be: TOP 5 YONEX TENNIS RACKETS 2024

I'm with you Joe, Yonex all the way. Since I switched to them, I have owned 5 different Yonex rackets, there is just no going back to anything else after trying a Yonex ❤

I've owned the majority of current YONEX frames (Ezone 98 / 100 2022, Vcore 98 2023, Percept 100D) and tend to agree. The only frame I didn't get along with was the Vcore - I think the isometric head shape just pushed the sweat spot up too high from where Im use to striking the ball. The only criticism I can say is that I hope the next Ezone has a bit more comfort built in while maintaining its power, control and stability.

My current favourite racket is the Vcore 100. Ezone DR 98 is second. Also got some Ezone100 Osaka Editions in my bag when I'm feeling like blasting some balls. All strung with Head Lynx Tour Orange 1.25 at 23kg. My plan was to play with the Ezone indoor (hardcourt) and Vcore on clay, but the Vcore just seems to be addictive. Fantastic spin and works wonders on my flat backhand winners too.

The fact that they have not changed the new ezones except for the paint color is because the frame was so exceptionally good made that they could not refine it any further, this comes from the mouth of the Yonex Benelux boss. 👌🏻🎾💯

Nice video! I got back into tennis after not playing for over 20 years. I’m 40 now and since playing again I decided to use a one handed backhand. I’m in the most advanced class at my tennis club after starting in the intermediate class in January. Obviously you have not seen me hit but do you have any racket recommendations?

I'm a Wilson user. I have 2 pro-staff 97, 1 blades 104 (all autographed, Federer and Serena Williams), 3 hammers and a classic the lighter version of Peter Sampras' racket also autographed.

A lot of Yonex, but fair play and hard to argue! At least he’s not just checking off all the brands!

Good vid and personal opinion with justifications for why. I have to say I agree. I haven't tried the Percept, but the Ezone, Vcore and T-fight were my favourite rackets when I went through a phase of trying loads out. Fully expected this top 5 from Joenex 😂

Im 3.5 player (playing for 2, 5 years, once a week just with a friend - no competitive yet).
33year old male.

I like to hit big from the baseline more, than rushing through the net.

I’m trying to play with spin but I’m not the best spin player of my technique. So if I try to hit winners, I often shoot em too flat and they are going too long - out.

I’m actually playing the 2023 head extreme mp, because I thought „if I’m not good enough to generate spin with a good technique, maybe the extreme mp can help me with it.

But now I’m thinking, maybe I need a more control friendly racket.

I’m thinking of the speed or the gravity line.
But I don’t know which is better for me and which model i should take (MP, Tour, Pro of gravity or speed)

What do you suggest me to get?

I’m sure it’s easier to remember what number you’re on as opposed to the name of the racquets

Ezone 98 to stiff for 98, vcore was way better but to powerful.
I kept my blade 98 v8.
Last vcp 97 bought on a well known retailer was 7g to heavy, sent it back.
Besides they have no consistancy in sw.

Got an Ezone Tour myself. But only as an emergency reserve for my pair of Regnas.
Should restring it mybe.

I don’t understand why you would keep the labelled number on the bottom but not the name of the racquet …
