Sir, i have cleared my CA Inter both Grs in Nov 2022 and my Articleship is going on (2.5 Yr not completed yet). My Ca Final exam is due on Nov 2025. Is set C&D is applicable for me???? Please Clarify

Sir my ca final first attempt was in May24 I had appeared for the exam but couldn’t clear
And my articleship 3yrs will get completed on 1st oct 24 but extension rahega for 60days which I’ll serve post exams and ca inter was cleared in old course also
Do I have that relaxation of spom of giving after exams??
That I can appear for spom exam after results??

Sir i have passed IPCC under old scheme which has 7 papers in 2018 and appeared in nov 2023 final exam and also may 2024 final exam but couldnt clear any group...so now i need to clear set A and set B before giving ca final nov 2024 exam or before applying for the membership...please clarify sir?

I recently took the CA Final May 2024 exams but unfortunately, I did not pass. Today, I completed the exam form for the CA Final November 2024 exams. When filling out the form, it was automatically set as a provisional form. Upon final submission, I noticed a declaration stating that I must complete my SPOM test by October 10, 2024. This has caused some confusion as to whether I need to take the SPOM test before October 10 or before my membership. I kindly request clarification on this matter.
