trying to build Nilou as a Hydro and Bloom Dps right now... She's amazing but building her is not!! She does huge damage here though!

As a Nilou main who has tried both bloom and vaporize, i can say that her damage, even at c0, is pretty good. She recently hit 285k with talents level 8. She's really good!

Nice, my Nilou was able to reach 136k and 166k Vape with HP Hydro HP using R5 Harbinger of Dawn at talent level 1. I leveled up her talents to 8 and was able to reach 215k and 263k. You should try it with a Mona.

She is cracked and the best part is that hp percent rolls are just as good as crit damage if you have over 200% crit already.
