Well Done! That was straightforward, no nonsense, and welcoming. A testimonial video doesn't get much better than this. I'm quite used to high end monitors but had to sell gear for medical bills. This video was one more confirmation the Kali 6's were the best affordable choice, thanks. Quick question, what kind of camera and lighting did you use for this video? It looks great.

My grandfather purchased these on December 15th hoping it would arrive for Christmas but he hasn’t received and email for them being shipped and has been trying to contact Kali audio with no reply. How was your experience with the company’s customer service and did it take long to ship out to you?

Hey I own a pair. Do you have any issues with the ambient noise in the monitors? My set seems to hv it pretty loud. And at what volume do you keep the monitors and your interface?
