Thanks for new scheme of Delhi Police Commissioner Sahab. it is very big step to give justice to public. You have not only taken this step to provide justice to public really you have fulfilled weaknesd of law/Cr . Pc . u/s 154 (3) any person aggreived by a refusal on the part of officer in charge of police station to record the referred to in sub sec(1) may send the dubastance of such information in writting and by post to the Superintendant of police

Maine मैंने थाने, SSP, DSP और पुलिस कमिश्नर महोदय के कार्यालय में भी शिकायत दी पर सालो से कोई कार्यवही नहीं हुई जबकि पुलिस चाहे तो दोषी सलाखों के पीछे होता I शायद जुगाड़ और जान पहचान की कमी के कारण पुलिस गरीबो को नहीं सुनती I
