Rockman Holic - Together as One (Lyric Video)

Not sure if I'll make this live or not, but this was my midterm for my after effects class.

Edit: Eff it. I'll make it live. Why the Eff not? Can show that I'm serious when I said in the last video that I'm learning After Effects to help the quality of my videos improve.

If starforce megaman were to become a singer I could realistically see him singing this to his love interest as a response song to the song she sang about her feelings towards him.

For context:
Her song described how he changed her for the better; by appearing in her life and being there for her he became her shooting star.

(It describes her story arc and how he helped her become the person she is today, lots of people say the song was basically a confession of love towards him.)

This song could be interpreted to cover how they had happy dream filled childhoods until they lost their shooting stars(parents), expressing how it's thanks to her giving him the courage to move forward with his life that he became the shooting star she sees him as today, that he finds the part she played in his life priceless too, her feelings aren't one sided together they give each other the courage to look forward to the future.

(It describes his story arc in the same way her song described hers and serves as a way of expressing that he feels the same way about her.)

Edit: or instead of him singing it, after coming up with the song just convincing her(the love interest's) friend(another idol, so I assume she can also sing) to sing it to her on his behalf. Honestly, I could even see the mutual friend(the other idol) helping him write it.

The song is "Together as One' From the CD "Rockman Holic". FANTASTIC Mega Man Album from 2012. Would recommend.



There was more I wanted to do with this video, but I had to shit this out in a week for my Mid-term. Also did it on my old laptop, vs my new PC I have now. Stayed up till 6AM The night before rendering it. xD

The only assets I used were some Mega Man 2 Sprite Sheets (Mega Man and Wily's Castle respectively).
