UPDATED: Try this: 1. Update Your Graphics driver 2. You've to exit the Valorant vanguard and then play the valorant game. If it's opens and said "Couldnt start valorant because valorant vanguard isnt open" you've to restart your computer and then open Valorant.

when u are playing it in portable version, just add --launch-product=valorant --launch-patchline=live in the TARGET location
example: "C:\Riot Games\Riot --launch-product=valorant --launch-patchline=live in your location

I always tried the first method and it used to work but not this time. Tried the second option which I didn't know about and it worked! Thanks! Even a fresh install and restart couldn't fix it surprisingly.

I fixed it by going into my display settings and changing my desktop’s resolution to 1440x900 and then launching the game, I know it sounds weird but it legit fixed it for me try it and let me know if it works or not.
