the file you mentioned is not here to install I have done same procedures

man I have a problem every time I install it in a trusted root certification it is not possible to see the certificate instead I install it in any other and there is no problem

A. when importing to either IE, Edge or Chrome, it's using the same windows certificate management system so it only needs to be done once,

B. you didn't show how it's done on other browsers, so that's too bad (not that *I* need it, but others might)

How we do this question using OpenSSL? Create two certification authorities CA1 and CA2. CA1
is the root certification authority, and CA2 is certified by CA1. Create a certificate request and sign it by CA2
