He definitely got the Hype up recently. I thought the perspective was he said he would finially wrap up and reveal some things about the stories and characters. It would take a while to see its finial conclusion, but I don't mind the direction that we will finially see am end for the show.

Ofcourse it will take atleast 3-4 years to build up the final arc. The final arc will take 2 years to end and 1 more year to close the chapter.
Oda’s story telling is the reason why OP still stands on top of many popular manga. unpredictable….
