How to crochet pumpkin for halloween🎃
I used cotton yarn 4ply about 2.0mm, 2.25mm hook sz
0:00 intro
0:41 pumpkin
14:24 pumpkin stem
17:21 sew the stem to the pumpkin
18:29 finished

Writing this for myself and anyone who wishes to use it (you should play the video in the background so she still gets the support)

Pumpkin:
Slip knot
Chain 21
Starting in the 2nd chain from hook do 20 half double crochet
Chain one when you reach the end and then turn your work and do 20 more half double crochet in the back loop only
Repeat until you have 32 rounds
Chain 1 and crochet edges together w/ single crochets
Leave a really long tail
Turn inside out
Next step is hard to explain so watch tut but sew in and out of every few stitches then pull tight
Sew bottom shut
Put yarn through middle
Same sewing thing again
Stuff
Pull tight
Sew top shut
Wrap yarn around outside and pull it through
Hide yarn


Stem:
In a magic circle/loop do 6 single crochet then tighten
In the back loop only do 6 single crochet
On round 3-4 Do 6 single crochet
Leave a long tail to sew
Sew the stem to the pumpkin similar to how you sew the pumpkin shut

All done! 🎃🧡
