I was really drunk at a Beerfest when I was stationed in Germany. They had one of these machines(though a much cheaper version)I went to punch it, and ended up hitting the bar the punching bag was hanging from. Broke my damn knuckle. My boys never let me hear the end of it.

Hey bro I’m only 75 kg and I can hit that machine at 1300. Your problem is your form is out of whack you moved your foot off the ground as you punched and you did not use the talk of the hip with the shoulder. If you have any further questions on how to do a punch properly don’t hesitate to call
