So for me, this is once again a case of "At analog audio frequencies, you pretty much don't have anything to worry about." I've heard of rare cases where telephone calls were accidentally coupled onto adjacent lines, but this was in the Transatlantic trunk.

The explanation of cancelling FEXT in strip line is unclear to me. The inductive coupling depends solely on the trace geometry, while the capacitive coupling depends on the geometry and dk. From experience we know, that the inductive coupling slightly prevails. Perhaps placing both aggressor and victim as strip lines increases mutual capacitive coupling thus reducing the FEXT.
