Harvest the certus when they become clusters, this drops the crystals, keep all sides open for them to grow, if its not full grown you get dust. You usually cant move them, but often can get a budding crystal somehow (craft, reward) for your base.

i believe goku is more iconic due solely by the fact that dragonball inspired oda to even create one piece. also i dont think Luffy has gotten a balloon in a thanksgiving parade yet. ALSO also, every kid mentions going super saiyan when they get angry, never once have i heard a kid say "im going gear 5" or anything to that effect.
