In this episode, we taste another Cabernet Sauvignon, Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Cabernet Sauvignon.

The colour is a very nice garnet colour with a little bit of a purple hue to it.

This wine has a very fruity nose with lots of blackcurrant fruit, with a hint of pepper on the edge of the smell.

The taste was very fruity, but only for a moment as the tannins just flooded in almost immediately and wiped out the taste of the delicious initial flavour.

Sadly, we would not want to buy another bottle of this wine - it did not suit our palate.

If you have tried this wine and think it was great let us know, equally if you did not enjoy it also let us have your comments.

I don’t really know the range of South American wines from Chile and Argentina they supply to the UK, but I’m personally always avoid to buy it in Russia. There is something wrong with these wines in relatively cheap and even in the middle category. A great chance of getting something you won’t like!
