Principles of Play
Creating overlords: understand when and how to exploit a numerical advantage against the opposition.

In Possession Key Points:

The coach will focus on the players in possession looking to encourage players to find the space and the spare player and look to ensure ball retention in 3v1, 4v2 & 3v2, 2v2 + GK overloads, linking to the welsh way principles.

When and how to exploit a numerical advantage
Find the spare player
The movement to create the overload
Make the pitch big (Width and Depth)
Weight and accuracy of the pass
Interchange position
Commit the opponent
Ball speed

Organisation / Area Size

12 Players 10 outfield 2 Keeper to play 5V5 + 2 Neutral Players.
3 Color Bibs, cones, 2 Large Goal, 15 Balls.
36 x 36Y Area Split into 3 Zones 12 x36Y Each.
20 minutes total split into 4x4 blocks Plus 1 minute for interventions in between.
