the weakness and deficiency of the Carnom Mythic is after you grab there will be a cooldown to switch your weapon

If you hold the build it does 60 damage but does not grapple your them. If you hold through a second build you don't take any damage and it does not grab you

Actually this can be with any shotgun I have tried myself and it works with the pump and the lever action shotgun

Or dodge left/right the opposite where the mythic is going to hit. I use a lever to shoot the user also.
