Also, it's possible that one of the few small islands surrounding Goiky could be Dream Island, as the pictures from the intro only show Dream Island to be close to the BFDI Area to show what the prize actually is.

Consider this:
The poles of a planet don’t need to be necessarily covered in ice.
For example, for most of Earth’s history, the poles were ice free because of higher Co2 levels.
Today, Co2 levels are around 6-7 times lower than they were hundreds of millions of years ago, so today we can have ice covered poles.
This could mean that BFDI’s Earth is warmer than ours, allowing ice free poles to exist.

“Uranus” theory: The BFDI dimension’s Earth got hit by a large object, therefore rotating the poles to a different position than normal.

I'm placing my bets on the second location, the maps shown in BFDI portraying Goiky show a narrower canal, much like the area in question. Also, if that were to be true, Dream Island is slightly smaller than, but almost equally proportioned to the land of Goiky.


Might I also mention, from the point where Panama is supposed to end, there is a continent resembling South America, but attached to it, you might find a couple features of Africa, which may suggest it is based off of the supercontinent Gondwana. You can see areas showing the slightly-protruded Swahili Coast, and a region like the Horn of Africa attached by a small isthmus to another land resembling southern Arabia, likely Yemen and Oman. I also theorized that, continuing from there, the red-boxed region might have its shape based on the east coast of the Mediterranean, which could mean Yoyleland is in Israel, or that Goiky might be in southern Anatolia (climates change due to the orientation of the continents).


Then again, Balloony's Earth scene, and various globe scenes in BFB do portray the first location as being correct, which could mean the maps shown of the area in BFDI could have fallen prey to deformation due to previous limited technology, and it just so happened that it was used for the series. That region, too, has some geographical similarities. To the "west", Spain can be shown with an isthmus to an unknown landmass west of Galicia. Between the two, a coast could portray southern France. The east was a bit harder to decode. There are no other peninsulas shown for reference, but there is a sea in the east likely resembling the Black Sea, surrounding regions like Romania, Thrace, and Trebizond. To the "west" of "Thrace", the Greek region of Macedonia is shown, but that is all there is for the region. For this, I'm thinking Goiky could be in the aformentioned Somalia, and that the region north of it is a portrayal of Italy (Balloony tapping near Veneto on the globe).


A lot of what I just said may be false, correct me if you can or feel free to add on. Whew, I never expected to be able to type this much at 11 pm.

Considering the fact that Black Hole used to be a Black Hole that is absolutely massive and near Earth, AND is a sentient object, the Sun itself could also be sentient.

She returned into the contintent that looks like north america

My theory might be that since north america is on the bottom of the map, and the map goiky states that north is also north, i think that the panama canal (you cant see it on the bfb world map) is the goiky canal!
And the earth is actually smaller then ours
Wich is why the contestants are in the spot of bfb

Yoyle mountain is as big as an average mountain, but the earth is smaller
Wich means you can see yoyle mountain al the way from the north (just a theory)

According to my calculations, Goiky could very well have a SUBpolar climate, and not a polar one. It is possible, that the yellow trees in Goiky are Aspen trees, which are a common tree species in subpolar areas, and the reason why the grass looks so blue-ish is because it’s in a subpolar climate

You forgot something:
BFB might actually be set closer to Yoyleland, because in one of the backgrounds of BFB (also in the short, Paper Towel) there is a tower that looks similar to the Freesmart tower from IDFB 1.
