I flew as an unaccompanied minor all the time in the 90s. My parents had gotten a divorce, and one lived in Florida, the other in Tennessee. Was always a good time. AirTran had lounges for the kids.

I did this in the 90's and the flight attendant was was a first class seat that was vacant and she let me sit up there and get all the first class from Texas to Washington and had a blast

When I was younger throughout all of my childhood I flew alone, eventually I became 12 and I was basically tall enough to lie that I was 15 which is a crime and my family knew this well, the only reason we did it was because of how fucking overpriced it was and it’s only getting worse, now I don’t have to fake which is quite nice

yeah when i was 9 i flew to PA to visit my grandmother and i was sat in the same room as the guy who watches the cameras. he didn’t look at me once or ask if i needed food or water or anything after sitting behind him during my 5 hour layover. which of course isn’t HIS job, but come on
