Just picked up a used G5 in rough shape after I moved out of my parents. Too bad the Kirby president believes in quantity over quality. You know the housing is plastic now? And dealers are forced to claim they're all metal? The axle on the tech drive is now equipped with nylon bushings instead of ball bearings. The springs are also too long, causing grinding and ratcheting. Kirby, I love your product but I hate your company. Never have I dealt with a company (yes, I mean corporate, not independents) that genuinely does not care about their customers. You have done nothing but give me the run around on every regard. Get your stuff together.
