Bobby Axelrod is about to trigger a bank run on Vark Community Bank, thanks to undercover filming and some great acting performances by the Axe Capital team. They demonstrate that Vark is racist, homophobic and unfair, but does that make sense in real life?

We are tackling the issues of Financial Inclusion - Equality - Representation with the help of one of the new episodes of BILLIONS (Season 5 Episode 5: The Contract) and the power of Fintech.

One of my friends who is ethnically mixed, applied to jobs and got very little callbacks. Changed her name just on her resume to a white mom's maiden name with EXACT same resume content for similar postings (and in some cases SAME job that she re-applied to again) and got callbacks. Take what you want from it.

FYI the woman left because Wendy used future projection to push her to. This was because she knew wags was gonna torture her for for shoping around to force a higher compensation. He was not going to do it because she is a woman but because of her negotiation behavior. He flat out told Wendy this, and his behavior with other woman / non-binqry coworkers suggested that he genuinely was made about the loyalty nit gender.
