Best place is near the center always, go around the outside of the oasis its good too, run around in that area, if you can't find many, kill the same few mobs over and over, and they will keep spawning more archers.

I believe this is with a setting in Metin, go to system set up, and take off all the shadows, I think that is all you need to do to make it yellow.
