Henbit, Lamium amplexicaule. It's more than a pretty purple flower, it's edible!
Lamb's Quarters, Chenopodium album, is also edible, and similar to spinach. At least, that's what I would compare it to.

I have Henbit, yellow sorel, dandelions, plantain, velcro plant far that's what I was able to identify

I am always surprised how many "weeds" are edible. For instance, the humble dandelion, considered a pest by some. But the French grow it as a crop! The young leaves go into salad. The older plants have to be boiled, then use as spinach. The roots can be dried, ground and used to make a "coffee". I eat them when I can. The flowers are used to make dandelion wine. Just make sure that whatever weed you munch on has not been treated with herbicide. These days the healthful effects of eating "weeds" can be completely zapped by roundup or even a milder pesticide.

That Henbit is all over here in Utah, I did not know you could eat it.
