Hi Maru. Your dedication and consistency are commendable. I can't wait to see you succeed on your weight loss journey. A word of caution though, your trainer is wrong for making you perform the step-up on such a high box. Your form will compromise your knees in future and your forward lean is bound to cause you some back problems. Speak to him about it; lowering the height of the box will help with correcting your form and allow you to move upward instead of forward.
