when i use command prompt it shows me C:\Users\abc>
and when i enter mysql --version. It says 'mysql' is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'databases suganti' at line 1(sir mera databases create nhi ho rha h error bata rha h )
