First SSD disk based laptop was made by Psion in 1989. This Psion laptop was also first laptop with a touchpad (special pad used in modern laptops) used for PC's without mouse

I see this video about the history of laptops on... my laptop, a Lenovo Yoga 9i. Pretty advanced! It has a touchscreen (that enables to use the laptop without a mouse most of the time), and you can fold the screen under the keyboard, and then it behaves like a tablet. It has a SSD of 1 TB which make this laptop pretty expensive. The pixels are so small that they aren't visible. The text has a very high quality. Although it is a very expensive, I love this laptop!

My first laptop was a PowerBook G3. I actually found it cheap at the time. Loved the easy expansion access right under the keyboard.

The starting price of MP (Mac Portable from 1989) was a crazy 7, 3 thousand dollars, the cheaper market joined the Apple PowerBook (1991), price was lowered to 2, 5 thousand dollars, around 4, 800$ less than predecessor.
