The plaintiff has known the defendant for 30 years, and they were friends with benefits. The plaintiff moved in with the defendant and discovered her piggy bank was emptied. The plaintiff is suing for stolen money, an apartment deposit, rent, and storage. The defendant argues the plaintiff is only suing him out of spite, and he denies owing her anything.

Not gonna comment on the beauty but I'm highly skeptical about whatever "brains" you think you have after you moved in with a man who didn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of after a month. All this only to end up begging your ex to take you back after only two weeks of playing house with the rebound. Real smart. However, to her credit she's definitely smarter than the defendant who decided to move her in and her ex who decided to take her back.
