The last episode (that would probably be in part 2) completely broke me. Darling in the FranXX is one if not my favorite Anime.

The series would be better if the kajiu actually look like dinosaurs or any other saurian species and a side story about a young kajiu who runs away from his own kind to befriend the paradise’s while his father search’s for his dome while both come face to face with trues/secrets with their friends among others dangers.
