It cannot be 3 months due to NATO head change. If NATO fails then they have a scapegoat in Stolenberg not the new guy. Apparently according to my source Odessa is surrounded by military hospitals and French troops. Some say action will start as little as next Friday. With the show of Russia's new weapon, the FAB 3000 NATO and Ukraine has to move fast. 130, 000 troops on Russia's Northwest. This has been planned at least a year ago. Oh I forgot to mention the other two bases are Zaporozhia and Kharkiv. Do not forget the nuclear Power Station is at Zaporozhia and Kharkiv is Ukraine's second biggest city 30km from Russia.
