California's New Law 2020-Rent Cap & Just Cause AB1482 /Ann Thai

🤔Did you know that starting in Jan 1, 2020, California has adopted the statewide Rent Cap & Just Cause eviction law for residential real property? Here I discussed some of the exemptions that pertaining to this new law and what action step that you need to properly provide to your tenants despite if you are exempt.
Note, even though landlords may be exempt, they are still require to provide their tenants the RCJC addendum by July 1st, 2020.
