Not a lot of people buy so expensive electric car. The electric car industry is dieing. If this car will be introduced with a such inovative exterior design with a 4000 cc, V8 engine with 700 CV and more, it will succeed, as all the the previous S class models. The rest of the dicussion is nonsense. Nobody wants to invest on a electric car on which you spend multople time on charging batteries than actually driving. As all the electric cars, it burns easily and nobody can stop the car burning once it has started. I am an owner of all S class models after the year 1984 and I know exactly what I am talking about.

Im not risking an all electric. Maybe hybrid. It's also more expensive than gas powered to maintain. What if the battery gets damaged. On a regular gas powered maybe a $200 on these all electric it can go from $10, 000 to $80, 000 or more. I had a 92 s 420 the battery went bad after years to replace it it cost me $100 for a new battery. By the time that all electric battery is old a new one will be worth more than the car. So you will lose in the end.
