My HR rep asked me “why do you work here?” “So you think everyone is out to get you?” I’m going to have to converse with our legal dept our policies changed right before this meeting. I asked for their contact info, she referred me to a portal and click “general inquiry “ I said it’s retaliation and asked if she needed my EEOC contact info? She said if a charge is filed it goes to our legal department. It’s so exhausting and people will lie

Keep up with the great videos. I was wrongfully terminated. I won my CBA arbitration I got reinstated new management continues to retaliate. I filed a EEOC the first time charge was close due to my won. Unfortunately, i had to file another one. The first time i was offered 40k from a demand letter that the eeoc sent. I rejected that offer. My charges are disability discrimination and retaliation for my first charge and continuing actions. I have 15yrs with this agency they learned nothing .

My state agency did not have any policies or procedures, complaint process and on and on. The reason they got away with retaliation and harassment for 20 plus years is because you report the harassment to your supervisor, hr, or the supervisor all of who are the harassers. I found a annual HR report that stated there were no complaints. It also stated there was no complaint process. Can you put two and two together?

If you have a " mixed case", that is to be decided on by a FAD, Final Agency Decision, does this mean there will be no concilliation and that the FAD will determine what ( if any) the compensatory damages will be??

Can this work if you have been terminated? For example, request for reinstatement before reaching out to EEOC, etc.
