This talk is about the need for human beings to explore and utilise their social intelligence skills. As we become more dependant on artificial intelligence and robots replace people in many parts of the workplace, the need for good social skills will be ever more important. Are we losing those skills already due to AI in Smart Phones and computers? The need to be able read the conscious and unconscious signals we send each other has never been more important if we are going to be rewardingly employed in the 21st century.
