instead of a railway, you can now leash boats with villagers in them. and they dont break when using an elytra & rockets. so you can just fly them up there to a platform you built
EDIT: you need to fly (from a pillar) before using rockets, else it will break

For those whose farm is not working, try setting the 2 repeators behind the hoppers near the armor stand and the 2 repeators near the mud blocks to 3 ticks. It solves the problem that the illagers and the items being stuck in the glass or not falling down fast enough. I did it and it worked smoothly

For everyone who is struggling to get this running:

- I just got this running on 1.21 paper server
- First issue I had: Raid bar appeared, started loading but disappeared again. Fix for that: Stop the clock (as mentioned by someone else already) and make sure all villagers are farmers. Also check if you removed all temporary blocks and the observers etc are in the correct state. Problem is caused by you not having a proper "village" I guess, even if its for a second.
- I added 1 Stack and 50 Items into the Hopper clock
- AutoClicker on 1s 50ms otherwise observer does not get triggered by armorstand.
- Look down, standing in the composter, hold right click (or keep key pressed as in video), start auto clicker.
- Then it worked for me.

The video was actually good! I recommend you put a small coordinate show all the time (maybe at the corner of the screen), so it will be easier to follow every single step to see if there are any mistakes!

TESTED FIX:

I tested a bunch of recommendations and this is the only thing that worked for at least two raids.

I switched the sticky pistons with regular pistons at the shifting floor layer.
MAKE SURE THE FLOOR CAN MOVE when the redstone blocks are lifted and lowered.

No Issues with the timing from the hopper clock.

PROBLEM I STILL HAVE:

Items get stuck on trapdoors in dropshoot and once you run out of a bad omen (of the same level as in offhand) raids stop.

PLEASE LIKE THIS so that others can fix it and save the hours i just put in to find this.

I had to fix some problems in the farm because i made it in 1.21.3 and to make it work, i had to do this:

-Set the clock with 1 stack and 50 instead of 1 stack and 28
-Set the autoclicker on 1, 5 seconds instead of 1 second
-When you're doing the villagers rooms, put the composter under the villager, so he stays above it. If you put the composter how the video says, the villager will lose his job again and again and it will break the farm. Basically, change the composter with glass and the and the glass below by a composter.

So if you're playing in 1.21.3 and it doesn't work, try following the tutorial but making this simple changes😀

I finally got my farm to work. First thing, in his video he doesn't place a log on the thing with the villagers that makes them have a job then takes it away. If you read this before you build the farm make sure to catch that mistake, but if you already built it just replace the leaf with a log (that's what I did). Second, Change the timer in the two hopper to 1 stack and 50 instead of what he had. Third, change your render distance to above 14 (I have mine at 15). Fourth, change the sticky pistons at the top to regular pistons (the layer that moves the mud and blocks). You also need to make sure you have his exact sword with all the enchantments. It can't have any other enchantments on it like fire aspect or knockback. Thank you to the comments that found these solutions!

It seems like the world download has a broken farm, many people are having issues running it, and many people are confused. If you could release a video discussing possible issues and fixes, it would be appriciated. And with there being offical ports of litematica possibly some schematics too please.

99 bottles used in 1hr to get 44 bottles. I am not gonna build it. I think we need a separate farm for ominous bottles. Mojang literally destroyed Raid Farms.

Shulker are my go-yo for farm builds, but it's pretty disappointing to spend a whole bunch of time building this block for block as instructed and not have it work. Given all the other comments I'm seeing, it's likely a problem with the build, but no updates. Would be nice even to see a "hey, we know there is a problem, we're trying to figure it out!" update. For those who just found this video, don't bother making this farm until they update

I believe I have solved each issue listed below. I hope this helps as it took me a week of troubleshooting.

Issue 1: Raid not starting at all. Solution: Double check your difficulty, raid won't start in peaceful mode. Stop the hopper clock and ensure the villagers have jobs before starting the clock again.

Issue 2: The raid bar is not fully loading. Solution: It is based on the hopper clock (the two hoppers facing into each other). Adjust the amount items in the clock to 1 stack + 50 blocks and don't hit the armor stand too fast.

Issue 3: Raid monster not spawning once the bar is full. Solution: Set the hopper clock to 1 stack + 50, and start clicking once you see the bad omen affect, not the raid bar

Issue 4: Breaking armor stands. Solution: Don't use fire aspect and don't be in creative mode. USE SWEEPING EDGE.

Issue 5: Items getting caught by trap doors. Solution: place trap doors all the way up both drop towers, NOT every other block.

Issue 6: 2/3rds of monsters dying. Solution: Move the pistons that the mobs fall onto up 1 block. (the pistons right above your head)

Test/world download. You need to break the string and replace it, stop the hopper clock by taking the blocks out, reset the villagers by triggering each piston manually, replace the logs back onto the pistons, and put 1 stack + 50 blocks in the hopper clock.
Notes: You MUST key bind the right click/off-hand to the potion and MUST have an auto-clicker exactly at 1 second/1000 Milliseconds.

if your raid bar doesnt spawn raid after bar get full, set difficulty on hard if u were on easy or make ur render and simulation distance above 14.

to everyone complaining about the ominous bottles, 2jthings has a great ominous bottle farm which works like a charm. easily gets a hundred bottles per hour (you need to make the biggest version) it is really a perfect match for this farm!

For those with Pilagers dying on glass, place 6 powder snow between the hatches at 178. Also to make the farm work I made 2 changes: Instead of delaying 64+28 items I placed 64+50 items; Instead of Composter in which the player is standing I put an open trapdoor facing north, because sometimes the player is thrown out of it into the piston block. Also if pillagers do not spawn, try to replace all composters nearby Villagers.

COMMON FIXES FOR RAID NOT STARTING:
Change etho clock from original to --> stack and 50
Make sure to move the pistons up a few blocks so that they dont die from fall damage
Check the redstone signal being pushed up the pole>
The villagers were not changing job roles as I had missed a wood log so that a piston wasn't pushing a redstone signal through the leaves. instead of 6 leaves on one I made it 5 and added a log ontop of the piston. Watch the redstone signal as its being pushed up the pole. if one of the villagers does not lose its job and regain it that means that somewhere along the chain a piston isnt pushing a wood block into the leaves.
I saw the error after checking the original video and watching that!

For anyone that's struggling with getting it to work. Update the clock to 64 + 50, make sure all the villagers have a job and are in sync with each other, lastly update the shifting floor at the top to make sure they both activate at the same time, but one side with a 4-tick repeated between. Turtle Craft has a great version that works.
