Linnea Surla, as a certified cheese professional, already had experience in the fine food flavour world. But when she decided to make her own chocolate she used her travel experience and her interest in flavour experimentation to be her guide. In 2018 she took a bean to bar course from Map Chocolate and started making small batches of craft chocolate. Also, learn about the name of her company and why she choose it. I open her Strawberry Balsamic white chocolate and her Caprese White chocolate.
