Ik many people would say that manipulation goes to Aizen but they're forgetting the fact that Aizen is a really overpowered character who used many powers to hide his identity and fool the soul society for over 500 years, meanwhile Light was just a normal high schooler before he got the death note. Light didn't use any trick or powers, he even manipulated an intelligent female investigator, making her think that Light was trustworthy and got herself killed, he did that in merely some minutes of conversation, not to forget he even manipulated Lisa and left the shinigami of Lisa powerless against his anticipation. Clearly Light takes manipulation and has a edge in intelligence against Aizen.

Aizen is shinigami and according to death note's rule you can't kill shinigami just by writing its name on Death note. ( As told be Rem )
So Aizen and other shinigamis of Bleach are immune to any affects of Death note.
So in order to kill shinigami light needs to make him/her write the name of the person that they wanted to kill which will cause their death by reducing them to dust. (As told by Rem)

Very close intelligence wise battle but it could go either way. Aizen was able to manipulate an entire society for hundreds of years and he also has several centuries of experience. Light also has some good feats like keeping his identity hidden for such a while, and deceiving so many people. I’d lean towards Aizen but W edit.
