Thanks so much for this review Claire. I only have the one about birds, I haven't colored in it yet but I love the images and her style. I like the idea of having a collection of favorite images, they all look very beautiful. It's going on my list! Oh and the Toucan you colored is very pretty!

I think it is a nice book but so wish they had made a deluxe edition for this. I really hate it when pictures come right to the binding too. For what it is worth I am glad she put out a good sampler book combining a little bit of all her books. Thank you for the flip through of this.

Fantastic! I do not own any of her books. I think it is wonderful when an artist makes a favorites coloring book. It really is an awesome way to introduce people to their artwork.

Fab review, as always Claire- I'm loving the new snazzy intro!
I love Millie's work so this is definitely one for the wish list. Whilst new images is always lovely, this book will give me the chance to try my hand at the illustrations again with improved techniques, or as you mentioned, a great introduction to Millie's work if you're new to colouring.
I don't know if it's just me, but I sort of feel that this book has a conclusive feel about- a collaboration of the best of Millie's work throughout her career as an illustrator so far- I hope this isn't her last book!!!

I was wondering- do you know when Curious Creatures will be released as a deluxe edition?:)

Looking forward to your review of Johanna's new release now!!:) I can't wait for iWorld of Flowers- although I hope it's not too similar to her first book, Secret Garden. I of course adore Johanna's work and she is famed for her flowers and leaves, but I'm hoping that, like Inky Ivy they'll be a few extras to colour and practice techniques on, like the animals, gems and skin. We'll have to wait and see. Either way it's sure to be a beautiful book!

Ooh, I don’t have any of her books. I’ve never been sold on them. Always too many pictures I didn’t like. But I like this one. I’d buy this one. And an excellent price. That might go on my Christmas list.

This would actually be ideal for me. I had her books, then sold them because I bought the artist editions...sold those because I needed the money to buy a pencil brand. And now I don't have any books of Millie at all. Always planned on buying one of the artist editions again, but this might be a better choice instead since I get the best out of all the books. I never have the courage to color in any of my artist editions anyway...I only look at them and love them but I don't want to mess them up.
