You know that moment when you realize you've been chasing a ghost? That's what it felt like when I finally stopped trying to squeeze into my old self.

Here's the thing: Our bodies aren't meant to be time machines. They're living, breathing stories of where we've been and where we're going.

Trying to rewind? That's like trying to unwrite chapters of your life.

Instead, what if we got excited about the next chapter? What if, instead of looking back, we started dreaming up a new vision for ourselves? One that honors our journey, our strength, and yeah, even those laugh lines we've earned.

This isn't about giving up. It's about growing up and realizing that the best version of you isn't in the past - it's waiting to be created, right now.

So here's to letting go of "back then" and getting pumped about "what's next." Your body has carried you this far. Imagine where it can take you when you start working with it, not against it.
