I got a good deal on a Transformers Masterpiece Barricade. Was it too good to be true?

On a brighter note, there’s actually a good knockoff of the MPM-04 Optimus Prime out now by Legendary Toys. I’ve heard it literally fixed every single issue with the original.

Sad as this is, the fact that toysrus is closing and there’s lots of knockoffs out there just makes the genuine mpm Barricade much more valuable.

I’ve been ripped off a lot. I’ve seen MP36 go for $10 and I’ve seen Unique toys Challenger go for $20. And I made a purchase on the Mp10v downsized Optimus prime. It has been almost 10 months since that purchase. NEVER CAME

Even if the seller doesnt refund you, you can file a Paypal claim and you'll get your money back.
It's tough, coz I've been ripped off many times by chinese sellers, so it's tempting to boycott, but on the other hand, I've dealt with plenty of honest chinese sellers too... apparently scamming is an accepted part of Chinese culture, so it's a gamble..

Man, There is getting to be a lot of dirty, scandelous EBayers out there that are unfortunatly effing it up for everyone else. You are 100% right, if its too good of a price, it probably isnt good. EBAY used to be a place to go to get good deals, but my expierience lately, is that there are too may folks trying to get rich overnight. I have been getting shafted alot lately as well. Yeah i remember my first doop... figma metal gear solid knock off.... I thought I got an amazing deal jumping and happy. Then I realized there where fakes out there.. then my loose figure arrived. Boo. Disappointed... so I just super glued it and kept it as a statue.

I have an official I get all mine from Agabyss, non of the Asia one have the toys R us sticker, only US Version has that because it’s only an exclusive in the US at TRU

That blows, I was duped too with a masterpiece sideswipe years ago. If the seller gives you crap go through ebay or Paypal, you will better luck. Please do a follow up video, I would like to know what happens.

Can someone please explain to me why this matters? Is it cheaper plastic and crummy pins etc?? The figure looks virtually the same... or does it come down to you just wanna pay for the name?
