some tips for people:

do NOT take percentage, overprice a lil' because you are already getting underpaid, learn a lot of shortcuts and dont be afraid to use shortways to do something

also, getting into the UGC program is pretty easy these days, people get in with very low quality work or even stolen work. you can apply and get accepted, it usually takes 5 to 7 months, but there are exceptions like 2-3 months
