I find this interview extraordinary bc people tend to see her as just a pretty face with a sexy body, no brains, rich girl, no struggles... Still one of my fave interviews with Alex! Yes she is a beautiful model but she is so smart and talented and play the most bada*s roles!! I also love hearing how she got started and love how she's one of the few actresses thats doesn't bad mouth their original work (like the way a lot of the Ex-Disney stars do). She's still so positive about Percy Jackson which makes me happy because that's what made me become a fan of hers! Definitely a proud Alex fan since 2010 💕😍

At the same time that we know how hard it is to women have to accept those kind of parts in movies to be recognized, its a very cool thing to see a real strong woman saying that she did the nude scene because she didn't have anything to loose and she wanted to be part of that show. Well she is not the best actress of her generation and she knows it, but she appear a team player and focused in improving her abilities, which in my opinion is the right appraoch in any profession. You can see that she approaches acting as a profession rather than just an holy gift given to her by god and people in the industry value that. Her looks put her into places but you have a lot of good looking women in hollywood, being consistently professional on her roles may allow her to improve and have a longer carreer.
