Harris County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a driver who they said shot and killed a man in an apparent road rage while two young children were watching.

Sounds like a defensive shooting to me, dude gets out of that car you have no idea what he'll do, especially if he's getting out in the middle of a highway. So he's already crazy.

The criminal part of this is leaving the scene and not calling 911, you may or may not be in the right, but you have to be forthcoming with law enforcement and trust they'll investigate and clear you of any wrong doing, if not, you're in the wrong for trying to run and hide after murdering someone and will most definitely end up charged for it. Showing no remorse and no concern for human life.

This whole could had been avoided, people need to understand that 7 out 10 people are carrying guns in their cars, ever since the State of Texas made it legal to carry a firearm in their cars without a permit, I had the same situation about a year ago when someone guy almost hit my car and I honked at him he came out the car yelling and screaming and I didn't know if he was armed so I pulled my gun and luckily he saw that I had a weapon and he retreated back to his car, at which point I made a fast getaway. I rather be judge by 12 than carried by 6. Think before you act and get to live another day, he could had been enjoying Fathers day with his kid, instead they're planning a funeral, sad and tragic. Rest in Peace.

Stop engaging with other drivers. If I cut someone off on accident.. I always make a praying hand gesture to say " I'm sorry ". Don't give anyone the finger and never get out of your car, even if there's an accident as a result of the road rage. Stay in your vehicle until the police arrive. Although if they're going to shoot it would be best to drive away. Terrible situation.
