It's water molecule fracturing (not electrolysis) that Stanley Mayer's invented back in the nineteen eighties. At the right AC frequency the hydrogen bonds fracture. For example try breaking a straightened out paper clip by pulling it (electrolysis) now try bending the paper clip over and over again and it will fracture and break with far less energy or effort.

This is nothing new, check Stanley Mayers water car. The problem is that the Big Daddy will unfortunately buy this patent and destroy it or even kill the inventor.

Why not use a AC to AC converter, you only loose half loss than converting it from AC to DC then back to AC! (just my opinion and the limited knowledge of power conversion systems.)
